Phase 06 — Testing & Iteration

Status: 🔴 Not started. Follows Phase 05 (Build Adaptation).

Boot testing, regression tracking, and issue log for the adapted firmware. This phase covers iterative testing of the NA2→NA1 port: boot sequence, display, touch, connectivity, OTA behavior, and app functionality.
